Wildfire’s shopping portal is a hosted website that partners can direct their users to, where users can browse and discover savings at merchants they already shop with. Users who shop on this webpage will earn cash-back rewards that can be tracked and redeemed either directly through the partner's rewards platform or via Wildfire's hosted earnings dashboard.

Process Overview

1. Determine Authentication
   Authentication will determine the build paths available. Work with your Client Success Lead to identify the best Authentication method for you. To learn more about authentication, read more here.

2. Determine Payouts & Earnings Dashboard
   Work with your Client Success Lead to identify if Wildfire or Partner will build, host, and manage the earnings dashboard and payouts. Learn More here.

3. Fill out Intake Form
   Work with your Client Success Lead to complete and provide the assets for our onboarding Intake Form.

4. Finalize all set-up tasks
   Ensure completion of all setup tasks, including CNAME/domain setup, cookie consent management, and support for any desired REST APIs and JSON feeds.

5. Review & Launch
   Review the shopping portal's design and functionality to ensure it accurately represents your brand.

FAQ and General Resources

Can the Shopping Portal be embedded into our existing mobile app?

Yes! Wildlife's turnkey shopping portal solution can be embedded in any existing or new mobile app. We work with partners to ensure that this integration feels native to your app UI, giving your users a seamless experience.

Can I offer users just coupons?

Not currently. Our shopping portals are configured to surface cashback offers and, where available, coupons. For clients wanting a coupon-only offer wall, the easiest solution is to explore our API option.

Do you support multiple countries?

Yes! Wildlife has global cashback and coupon coverage. Merchants and offers can vary by country. Wildfire's turnkey Shopping Portal is able to support multi-country configurations.

I don't have my own Payrails. Am I still eligible to use the Shopping Portal?

Yes! Wildlife has a solution for clients who do not currently have nor desire to support user payouts. This option is available regardless of who owns the authentication and allows users to redeem their cashback balance as gift cards. All available gift card merchants are located here.

Do I have to have an Extension to use the Shopping Portal?

No! While Shopping Portal is a complimentary product to our Chrome/Edge or Mobile Safari Extensions, it is not a requirement for clients to purchase or already have an extension.
